I want to create an application that will e-mail alarms from the alarms browser. The application will e-mail alarms selected in the browser when an operator (user) manually triggers it from the management console. I am just getting started and working everything out in my head. I think I can build a list of recipients and canned messages based on the source ID from the alarms browser and only send e-mails to applicable parties based on the source ID.
