create .apk from MVC project

Hi All,
i neeed help to make .apk from my MVC project. i want it to use in android device.
i learn that i can use Xamarin.Android.Support.v4 i search in nuget than when i try to install i got an error.
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State

please help me , what i need to do.
