Create and insert range

How to create Sub?

I select xls files with "Application.GetOpenFilename".

With selected xls workbooks I would like to:
- create "Sheet name" as "workbook name"
- add (create and insert)workbook name for each selected workbook with "dinamic used range":
Name as ""Source"_CurrentSheetName"
Reference as "used range for current sheet"
- save workbook

range name must be visible in ListNames
