Create an Icon for a Workspace Icon

I need technical assistance creating a Notes Workspace Icon. The client Notes mailed me a graphic, which had been pasted in the body of the memo. Now I need to use this graphic or the design for a Workspace Icon. I suppose among other pieces of information I need to know the number of pixels for a Notes icon.<br>

The Notes's Workspace's database icon is a 40 pixel x 40 pixel bitmap.. you can draw it in any tools you wish..
