Hi;
I have a bunch of macros I have written that will display a form, get key information, connect to a database, transfer what it has found to a word document etc. I have the macros for this in a template (Now) and when I open the template the form is shown and the process begins. Everything works the way it should. However, I want the users of this to be able to open a word document and have a button on the toolbar that they can press to start this process or something of that manner. I can create the toolbar button no problem but I guess access to the Macro code is the issue. I suspect I need the code in an addin for deployment purposes but I am not sure how to create one or what exactly I have to do to get this solution up and running in a more elligant manner. Any suggestions or helpful links would be greatly appreciated.
I have had a hard time finding any info on this for MSWord...
Thnx;
