CREATE A XML SPECIFICATION

I have been asked to create a XML specification and suprise suprise i dont know how to!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone suggest any Templates, websites or advice on how i should do this and what needs to be included. I have searched on google looking for xml spec documents but cannot find anything relevant, Cheers in advance for any help provided

if you mean suggest resources that will allow you to accomplish your goal without learning about XML and related technologies, no.
