Hello, SharePoint 2010
I have a document library that holds infopath forms. These forms are "change requests" being submitted. I need to update the status of the pending requests. Everytime I go in to the library I change the view to show pending requests and then I change it to edit in datasheet view. Can I make the view open by default in datasheet view? thanks

I do have designer 2010, but not sure how to it in there either.

thanks

Create a Datasheet View.

In your library, click on the Library tab, then click on Create View.

From there, select Datasheet View.
On the next page you will need to name your View.
For View Audience:, select Personal view if you don't want others to see this View.

Select the needed columns, filtering, and sorting.
Click Ok when you are done.

You can now create a shortcut or bookmark this link, or simply select your new View each time you visit the library.

The other option would be to create a new View and make it the default View. You might want to check with other people before doing this.
