Create a Textbox in Word

Dear All,

Does anyone no how to enter a textbox inside a table in word and then place excel cells inside the text box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 
Why don't you just put the excel sheet in the word document? Do you have to have the text box/ table for some other reason? Leslie
