so I want to create a text file that is completed from various fileds in Remedy. Basically, I want to extract the same fields from a record when I specify unique site information such as the site ID. I am currently doing this manually for each ticket worked. Here is the form I fill out each time I open a ticket:
ticket number:
location phone: NPA.NXX.XXXX
service provider: (AT&T, Comcast, Qwest, etc.)
Line Share phone number:
account number:
special instructions:
problem type: (outage, impacted, packet loss, etc.)
Is there a way to automate this?
