Create a Task from a Message

I need help with creating a task from an email message. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.

Assuming you are using Outlook:

1. Drag the message you want to use to create a task onto "Tasks".
2. On the Task tab, select the options you want.
3. Click Save and Close.
