CREATE A STARTUP SHORTCUT FOR A APPLICATION

is it possible to create a statrup shortcut for a powerbuilder application (not a EXE). We change this appication frequently so a EXE is too muuch overhead. When this server gets rebooted the applications are not restarted. A startup shortcut would be perfect.
