I've seen it done before and I'd like to now do it myself, I'd like to create a keyboard shortcut in Outlook to insert predefined text into an e-mail to save me constantly using cut and paste from my sent e-mails.

Had a quick look in macros but not sure what I need to do.

Thanks

Jon

Have a look in:
Tools menu -> Options -> Spelling tab -> AutoCorrect.

This is in Outlook XP, but it should be the same in all other versions as well.

Use signatures. This feature will do what you want.
