How can I create Reports dynamically?

My Tables and StoredProcedures are changing very often, so i can´t work with static reports...

It is possible to link a Recordset from my Database with CR(7.0), so that it creates a Report depending on the fields in the Recordset?
From my understanding no. You need to identify the tables and fields at design time. You can change the datasource, sorting, record selection criteria, group selection criteria, and even the actual functions (can't add new ones though), but the tables and fields are fixed. How about if you pack the fields into a string field and feed that through via ADO (ugly).

What about database views? You can use crystal reports on views rather than real tables, and let the database view handle the changing underlying database tables structures and fields. This assumes that the data fields and tables don't change for the information you are reporting on.

Perhaps Crystal reports is simply the wrong tool for this job?
