Create a report based on a query

Hi,

Does anybody know how to automatically run a report based on the results of a query?
I've created a dynamic query that changes depending on what the user selects in the form. The query runs fine, but what I really want is for the query to run "behind the scenes" and display the result in a form.

This solution builds dynamic "queries" and displays them in a form.
