Create a relationship between two entities on different pages

In the "Database Model Diagram", how can I create a relationship between two entities if they are located on separate pages in the Model?

Is there a way to place all your objects on one page and then increase the size of the page? or is there a way to create relationships other than graphically dragging and dropping?
