Create a printer that will email a file

Howdy,

I'm trying to figure a way to send a file to a printer but modify the printer interface file to send the file to an email address. Actually it will grep the file for the email address and send it. I'm not sure how to create the printer without an actual device. I have a good idea on what to do with the interface file but need the printer setup to call the interface file. Any idaas?
