Create a new record from a current record

My Purchase Order Generator gathers information using 25 different sub-forms to accommodate up to 25 different items that can be added to the order. I would like to have a "Duplicate" button on my Main form that will copy any currently opened order and copy it, creating a new record (including the 25 sub-forms). This alleviates having to re-enter data for all 25 items just because the project number changes, etc. This way only a few changes need to be made to the new record (such as the project number, or quantity), and I don't have to worry about overwriting the existing record. Sounds like you need an append query.
