Create a New Folder ?

Hi,
When I try to access my e-mail I get the following message:
Outlook could not open the file containing the folders used to send and receive e-mail messages, create appointments, and open the address book. Please select among the options listed:
Create a new Personal Folders File or
Open an existing Personal Folders File.

What option should I choose ?
Does the first one mean that I would lose my existing address book ?

well you can open an existing personal file, but you have
to know where the .pst file is saved, do a search on your
PC for *.pst, and if there is more than one, choose the biggest
one when you are opening the exixting personal folders File.
If you choose to create a new one, Im pretty sure you will
loose all info inc contacts. But they will be saved somewhere
as a .pst file. You can try and Import the .pst file if you
creat a new file. Although I does sound like the .pst file
could be damaged, as it will not open.
