I want to prompt our users with something like:

Please wait while EUS check Office for Updates...

I was hoping to put the wait at 5-10 second, and remove the buttons & Icons. Another post thread329-275101 said it was possible by subtracting one from the particular option i.e., 63 for 64 etc... but on win2k with wsh 5.6, it seems to return nothing at all... is there a way to do this?

Do you just want a window that pops up for a few seconds? If so, then the answer I got in thread329-801782 might help you. This codes opens a window for 3 seconds:

createobject("wscript.shell").popup "Welcome!", 3, "Login Successful", 64
