Create a Mailmerge table in word

I have an Audit database, the report of which I need to Maimerge into a word document. Within the database there is the capability to Raise Non Conformances. I need the Word document to list all Non Conformances against the particular audit, of which there could be many, but at present it will only do the first one. Any ideas anyone?
 
It sounds like you are looking for Field codes: Next field { NEXT }, this will allow you to add data from multiple rows to the same mail merge document.

Thanks CautionMP but when I go to Word 2000 and select "Insert/Field/Mail Merge/Next" I get the code showing as <<Next Record>>. When I press to mailmerge the document it is still showing One record.
