create a formula to only display name if criteria is met 1

I need to show the following field on a report,

{v_CRA_other_personnel.cr_other_personnel_role}="2nd Scrub" then show the name otherwise leave the field blank.
I am having trouble with this formula. What can I use?

The name field is {v_CRA_other_personnel.cr_other_personnel}
