Create a form.....Window wizard doesnot POP UP 1

Hi all,
I have problem with form creation in Access. As I know, if we have a form and want to add combo box, list box, or command button by click on each from toolbox, then we click on the form, the window wizard normally pop up automatically. I don't have that option work, although I tried to reinstall MS office XP 2000. Could anyone help me how to fix this? Is there any option had been turned off that I never notice?

There is command on the ToolBar called "Control Wizards" that might be off. Just keep it pressed and select your controls from the ToolBar
