I want to create a form using microsoft access 2007 and i want to send between users that are using the same access database with out having to use e-mails just alerting them that they have a new message.. can any one please show me a simple video doing that. thanks, NOE>956

Create a form to notify to other users in whats next in agenda

Seems to be a standard trick but I have never tried it. Basically you would have a form with a timer event that checks a table for messages. If their is a new message in the message table it pops visible. Then when you select close it actually hides the form (which is still open).
