Create a fast bsy from ACD?

I have a customer that used to be able to NCFW a ACD queue to itself and creat a fast bst when they did not want to take calls on the DID for that ACD DN. at that time they were at rls 24.24 and using regular T1 service from a local provider. They are now at rls 4.0 and have PRI service for their trunks and are unable to use the NCFW "trick" from years past. Does any one know of a way to create a fast bsy similar to the old method or at all using ACD?

caller used hear fast bsy.
take out NCFW calls process in normal way.

Why not just use a Make Set Busy or Not Ready key on the phone?

i would build a route, add a trunk then try ncfw to that acod.. several ways to create a busy dn.. the quickest being an analog with a short on the tn
