I have a system that uses a SCSI hard drive to boot and every time we had a problem with it we have to send it to get it loaded with a good image wasting a lot of time. I heard that Norton Ghost has utilities that can obtain a bit image from the drive and later on you can download the image back to the drive if it gets corrupted. I have a linux system with SCSI interface and I was wondering if I could do something similar to what Norton Ghost does except I would do it from Linux. I don’t have a PC with SCSI only a linux with SCSI that’s why I ask.
