Create a custome menu bar

I am trying to create a Custome Menu bar that I can set to show from Tools - Start up. I searched FAQs but could not find anything - probably my poor choice of search criteria.

Can anyone help please?

Hello:
You have to build it by hand. Start by right clicking on the Access menu bar and select customize. This is for menus and tool bars. Its in the help section.

Thanks mhartman1. I have gone through the help and it does fine for toolbars and adding a menu item to a standard menu.....but it does not do so well in telling me how to create a completely new menu Bar...

Can you give me anymore specific information? Once I start down the correct path I should be good.
