I have followed an example from Cognos support that shows you how to sort by column. One of the steps after you create a class is to add the value "sortable" to the Selector field. my only problem, is I cant that Selector field in the properties window. Since I'm new to cognos I thought they have dropped that functionality in 8.3 since this article was for 8.2 but I'm not sure. Below is a portion of the article..Did they drop it in 8.3 or am I just way off here? thanks!

Next in the Properties pane for the Class object change the label to be Sort Table, and then change the Selector to be sortable. It is important to note that the Label for this object isn’t important as it will define the object
within this report. However the Selector must be sortable, as the sorttable.js file provided explicitly looks for this class id.
