Create a Caller Application to Transfer to Voicemail

I am using an Avaya 8700 with my Modular Messaging Server. We have version 3.0 on the MM. I want to create a caller application to allow the receptionist to hit the transfer button on her phone, enter the number of the caller application and have the call go directly to the voicemail box of the person. How do I create this Caller Application?

why caller app why not do a direct transfer into milbox with *##. Refer to thread1496-1189617

If you want caller app for other reasons it would have to be a transfer type and then choose mailbox and enter the mailbox you want to transfer to. Other options are extension or operator.
