Create a button to open email with a report in *.snp as its attachment

I am trying to create a button where the user can select it to automatically open up the email box with a *.snp version of a report, ready for them to email out, without having to view it.

Similar to when you use the right click option and Send to.

I now what I want to do but not sure as to what is the right command for this.
