If the basic shape is simple enough (say, a cylinder), then most 3d packages will allow you to texture map your 2d image onto a 3d shape. Once you get that far, it should be easy enough to rotate.
If you mean that you have a logo, and you want to make it look like it's drawn on a flat board and the board is being spun around, that's pretty easy - any animated graphics package should let you do that, I use the one that comes with Paint Shop Pro. You might even find an online service to do it for you - try Googling for "animated gif generator".
If you want your logo rendered as a true 3D object and rotated, that's a bit more complicated. I guess you'd have to start from scratch with some kind of 3d modelling tool.
Whatever you do, note that nothing shouts "newbie!" as loud as an animated gif, especially a spinning logo!
