Creat Uninstall Package for Notes 6.5.2 client

We are getting rid of a bunch of our 6.5.2 notes clients to save on licenses and I need to create a file for the uninstall. I want to creat a package with SMS to advertise but I'm not sure how to create it. If I type /? on the setup.exe command line I get no uninstall options. If I type in /? on the Lotus Notes msi file I get an uninstall option but the parameters I don't understand what to put in for parameters. Any help is appreciated.
/uninstall | /x> <Product.msi | ProductCode>
