I have BCM400 4.0, and just added a GATM 8 MBM. I followed the instructions for installing it, and did a power off in Element Manager. I then hit the switch and installed the Module just fine. My analog ports are good. However, my DN's all reset to 2221 range. What do I do? Do a restore? I have a backup from just before the power down?

I have about 35 sets, I could manually renumber 6700, etc? I don't know what to expect from a restore?

Did you also loose other programming?

I am not sure.

Suprised nobody has replied yet, business must be picking up.

You backed up a profile without the module.
Maybe you could remove it, restore then try adding again.

I would do a restore as well(telephony only) then install all the latest patches.

My guess is there may be a problem with the GATM dipswitches. Remove and re-verify correct. It won't restore the DN plan, but will eliminate it happening on a power down again.

Then renumber manually, I'll bet you only lost DN numbering. 35 numbers, is a piece of cake.
