CRAXDT Error Occured on Server, -2147190548: Error in File ??: Missi

After I generate a single record report on my web app, I recieve the following error message when trying to export a report in Crystal Reports format (all other formats worked fine):

CRAXDT Error Occured on Server, -2147190548: Error in File ??: Missing or out-of-date export DLL.

Any ideas?

The dll for exporting to Crystal Reports format is u2fcr.dll. If you don't find it, then that's the problem.

Thanks Dave, I see u2fcr.dll, but what directory should it be in? Currently, it's just in the default installation dir:

%\CR9_ENENT\ProgramF\CommonFi\Crystal\20\bin

Is that sufficient??
