craxdrt error occured on server

Hi, I'm using Visual Interdev and asp with Crystal Reports 8.5 Developer Edition trying to run reports using the RDC but I get the error:

"Craxdrt error occured on server.438:Object doesn't support this property or method"

I checked Crystal's website and found an article similar to what was happening in my case but the solutions they provided didn't work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
