CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server 1

Has anyone come across this error message
while using the Java Viewer from a browser?

CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server. -
2147192179: Error detected by databasse DLL.

This only happens in the Viewer, not in the
development IDE. The Crystal Knowledge base
indicates this was reported about a year ago
but no solution.

I have the same problem exactly.
CRAXDRT Error Detected On Server -2147192179
Error detected by database DLL.

I was able to remove and add database and had one report working, but was not successful with others.

Have you found any solution?
