Crating Automated Report...

Hi,
I have to create some hundreds of report using Word. They will contain all same text /format except few names that needs to be changed. Is there any way to create an automated template /process that generates these hundreds for file with the related changes? An example of this:

File Name: Joe.doc
Joe goes to school in MI.
Joe is originally from MI.
Joe likes to live in MI.

File Name: Jim.doc
Jim goes to school in MI.
Jim is originally from MI.
Jim likes to live in MI.

File Name: John.doc
John goes to school in MI.
John is originally from MI.
John likes to live in MI.

Let it use any language, VB, VBA or anything ....

So you need to insert in the name and the state? Where does that information come from? Do you have a Word Template to fill in with the information? then save file with the name.doc?
 
I think I got the solution... I created a DSN in Access and created a table that contain all the info. I am using mailMerge (In word) and edited the file. It is working great. Do you suggest any thing else? Best regards.
