(Sorry for My bad English)
I have an LTO (Exbyate 215l FC) shared by 10 server in SAN environment. when I launch a scheduled Job in a server, the Job is crashed. The only warning I found in the LOG is
"3404 Unable to open file. (FILE=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr1.dat, EC=SHARING VIOLATION)"
In the panel of the LTO there are "READY TAPE" and in Arcserve the media that used is marked as " IN MOTION ( the icon is animated)".
Noted that :
"The driver for the Library and for the Drive are disabled for all server"
All jobs scheduled after this failed Job are not executed.
Tape engine are running in all servers.
Any Ideas.
