when i open Word i get a blue screen and a crash after about a minute. This will only happen if i have norton corperate anti virus installed. I checked the hex code on the MS page and they aknowldge a conflict with norton AV but offer no patch, is anyone aware of a patch. The hex code is 0x0000007e or b ( i lost my note )
