Crash Error with VB40016.dll in Debit Memo Entry PFW4.6a

Hi, does anybody know how stop this crash, when an user try to save a record on the debit memo program in the AP module,a crash appears in the PFW and then the Windows XP crashes too. General Error caused by PF33 with the module VB40016.dll. Sometimes happens, sometimes not. But happens in the proportion 10:7. Thanks.


PD: I´ve try in these OS: Win95, Win98Se, WinXP Pro. And always happens.
