Is it just my bad luck or are other Norstar techs having a terrible time with Avaya's embarrassing lack of quality control. The last 2 T7406e sets that I've tried to install were faulty out of the box. Our IP Office tech has had trouble on every single install he's done due to faulty equipment out of the box. Is anyone else having so much trouble?

Thanks for the reply. At least now I know I'm not alone.

There always seems to be a bad batch of phones out there. Dealing with a bunch of bad IP 1140e phones with one customer. Check to see if there's a PCN out there for that phone - you may have a release that's under a replacement program.
