Crappy fonts in Fireworks!

Is it just me or are do the fonts in Fireworks look like crap? I've tried everything that I know to get the fonts to look better, but nothing seems to help. Aliased or not, they still look like crap! Does anyone have any advice for me?

I am an avid Fireworks user and no...I have not noticed any problem with the fonts. If you have a file that you are having particular trouble with...send it to me or post it online preferably so we can look at it and give you our oppinion on "crappy"

There are a couple of things to do to get better fonts. Firstly get your own, i.e. off of shareware etc. Then use the effects panel and fill and stroke colour of the fonts and it looks the DB's.

Hello skunizzi!

What I think first, that you didn't select text you want to change. I mean in Text Editor you should first select word/words you want to change and then change all things such as color, anti-aliasing, size, etc.
