craftppp password reset?

Hello Forum,

We have to remote dial (modem) into our MMS v2.0 using craftppp login (then use web to access vm). However one of our technicians changed the craftppp password and we can't figure it out.

We can still do voicemail actions directly on the server, however it's in another bldg (hence, our reason to remote-in).

So does anybody know how we can reset/change the craftppp password? Otherwise, we are doomed to turn a 2 minute voicemail action into a 20 minute voicemail action.

definity G3si has a printer conected but cust change the settings and cant print now on a SAT term its pluggeg in the back of the monitor and they list station print , does anyone know the settings for a serial printer

Why can't theTech that changed it tell you what it is? Why would he change it and if he did then just go in and change it back.
The craftppp would only get you in the modem not the MSS itself unless you had that setup as a user as well.
