Crack on AIX 4.3.3

Does anyone use Alec Muffett's Crack program? If not, does anyone use any password cracking software on AIX? I've got Crack installed from the previous admin (unfinished), but I'm not terribly pleased with the idea of merging the shadow password and password file.

Any advice would be great appreciated.

Assuming you are using the crack version talked about in this web page it seems you do not need to copy the shadow passwords. Checkout...
