CR9 Update...anyone have it?

I created a program in VB6 that exports a Crystal Report as a CSV. When I install the program on other PC's, I get a "Missing or out-of-date Export DLL" error. I found on another web site that the solution to the problem would be to download dbexdrvwin_en.zip from the Crystal Decisions web site. I haven't been able to find that file anywhere. Does anyone know where I would be able to find it? Will that be the solution to my problem? Thanks!!
