HI Guys,

This is simple Iknow it is just can't put my fing on it.

I am currently using CR9 and will be upgrading to CR11 In August

I have a report that contains multliple sections that contain various amounts of data. the problem I have is that if a user puts a lot of information in one section then it moves the others done for it to fit (This is what I want). but sometime it can be so much that when you run the report the bottom section doesn't appear on the report. Is there a way to make this lap on to a second page as and when required

Kind Regards

Stephen

What report section are you using for these multiple sections. Also, are you using any subreports in these sections?

Yes I am using a subreport for each of the 4 sections and there in group Details A-D

You should make sure the subreport is formatted to "can grow" (the default for subs) (right click on the sub->format subreport->common tab), and also try unchecking "keep object to together" on the same screen. I would also try formatting each detail section by unchecking "keep together" in the section expert.

Just a guess at what might help.
