firstly crystal 9 runs on windows 98 and higher..once you convert you reports to crystal 9 you cannot convert them back to a prior version.if you use crystal 9 you will have to use crviewer9 which will require you to convert all your prevoius reports to crystal 9 or you will have problems when trying to export your files.I tried crystal 9 but went back to crystal 8.5.luckly i backed up my reports before converting them..
