CR8 Parameters using PROMPT# on URL

As a newcomer to CR I'm having a little trouble with passing parameters to my report on my web server using the URL.

Passing numbers/text or even dates seem relatively easy, but I need to pass a datetime field. I can't find any reference anywhere about what format to use for this. Have tried the obvious...(I think)

Has anyone ever done this before?
