CR8 Export to Excel problems 1

Hi

We are having trouble with exporting CR8 reports to Excel (any version). When we run our application on an XP machine, the resulting file is always empty but works fine in NT4 machines.

We've noticed that this is a common problem and have read all related threads and tried out all suggested solutions, including those on the BusinessObjects support site (updating the DLLs to the lastest vesions). None of these have worked.

We are currently upgrading to XP, company wide and using NT4 is not an option.

Has anyone got a new fix for this problem?
