CR8.5 to CE8.5 Publisher Not Working?

I cannot get the publisher working which allows me to directly publish and modify reports via Crystal 8.5 from and to Enterprise 8.5.

After loading the update from the CD, it does show the Enterprise folder - and allows the sign on screen population - but once sign on is populated, it drops and doesn't do anything. It never seems to actually connect to Enterprise.

Is this related to access levels perhaps? (I don't have admin rights to server).

Any help you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated!

You don't need admin rights to NT server, but do need admin rights to CE server. Or at least, change reports rights.
Also check you were using NT authentication or enterprise authentication.
