CR8.5 LInking Pictures

Is it possible to link a picture file from crystal 8.5 to a file on the computer. I would like to link a picture on the report to a file that exists in the same place as the data for the report but I can't seem to figure out how. The reason why I need to do this is so the customer can change the graphic(but they will not be able to change the filename). Thank you in advance for your response.
